Mediating Needs So Children Can Live In Supportive Families

Food Security
The Boys and Girls Club collaborates with the school districts to offer summer lunches through the Supplemental Nutrition program. The Club has also receives grant funding to provide nutritious snacks and meals at selected facilities.

School Backpack Program
The Ladies Auxiliary annually provides hundreds of backpack filled with school supplies to children and families in need of them

Shoes for Kids
For the past two years the Club has partnered with Payless Shoes to provide 75 pair of new shoes to children in families that needed them.

Academic Scholarships
Each year the Ladies Auxiliary provides scholarships to deserving youth to help their families support their college ambitions.

Membership Scholarships
Each year the Boys and Girls Club provides hundreds of free memberships to economically disadvantaged children.

Family Advocacy Network
Each year club staffs refer families to collaborating partner organizations for needed assistance with shelter, food, clothing and utilities.

Latino Outreach
The Boys and Girls Club promotes diversity and cultural understanding in the community through a variety of family and community activities and events.

‘Pasos’
Educating Latino parents of the desirability and importance of school completion and continued education.

Sponsorships are available for those who would like to help those who need us the most – the economically disadvantaged.
