Our Mission

To inspire & enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

Our Vision

To provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Our Values

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton County, there is nothing more important than the safety of our youth members. We work every day to create a safe, fun environment, so kids can have every opportunity to be successful in life.

One of the most important principles of the Boys & Girls Club experience is having fun. Along with personal relationships, fun activities bring young people into the Club and keep them coming back. Fun is essential to our mission.

We provide a safe, supportive place where every child is listened to, treated with respect and valued in an environment of inclusion and acceptance. Our staff and volunteers model honesty, fair play, positive attitudes, cooperation and respect for self and others.

We value relationships and focus on promoting the well-being of each and every person involved with our organization. Our deep sense of duty to our Club members and their families, our employees, the community, our partners and supporters is part of a larger organizational value system that drives every decision we make and guides every action we take.

Honest Communication

We are authentic, honest, and transparent; we strive to do the right thing every day, for every child and teen. We communicate effectively within and across teams, with engaged and empowered people to accomplish our goals.

We honor diversity and inclusion, treat others with respect, and express gratitude; we embrace alternative ways of thinking.

For 30 years, Boys & Girls Club of Benton County has been opening doors of opportunity and preparing young people for a great future. We see possibility in every young person and are committed to being a voice for all youth in Benton County.

All Youth are Welcome

Here in Benton County we have been serving youth in the community since 1991. We serve youth, ages 6-18, with a wide range of needs and interests. Understanding that we all grow and learn at different paces, our programs respond to the diverse needs across our community. We are continually adapting our offerings and services to best match the evolving needs of youth throughout our community.
