Our Mission

To inspire & enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

Our Vision

For every young person who walks through our doors to be inspired, celebrated for their efforts, and empowered to shape their own future.

Our Values

Accountability

We hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards—showing up with integrity, owning our actions, and following through on our commitments. Accountability ensures we deliver on our mission for every young person who walks through our Blue Doors.

Fun

Joy is essential to learning and growing. We make space for laughter, creativity, and play so that kids, teens, and staff look forward to every day at the Club.

Respect

We treat each person with dignity, empathy, and understanding. By honoring differences and listening with care, we build stronger relationships and a healthier community.

Belonging

Every child, teen, family, and staff member deserves to feel seen, welcomed, and valued. We create spaces where all people can show up as they are and know they matter.

Innovation

We embrace new ideas, creative thinking, and bold solutions. Innovation drives us forward as we build programs that meet the evolving needs of today’s youth and tomorrow’s leaders.

Safety

The physical, emotional, and psychological safety of our members and staff comes first—always. We intentionally create environments where youth can learn, grow, and thrive without fear.

Trust

Trust is the foundation of everything we do. We build it through consistency, transparency, and genuine connection so staff and families feel confident in our care and youth feel supported every step of the way.

All Youth are Welcome

Here in Benton County we have been serving youth in the community since 1991. We serve youth, ages 6-18, with a wide range of needs and interests. Understanding that we all grow and learn at different paces, our programs respond to the diverse needs across our community. We are continually adapting our offerings and services to best match the evolving needs of youth throughout our community.
