The following positions are currently open:

Bus Driver (Rogers, AR; Part-Time)

Job Summary:

If the sound of children laughing is music to your ears, we’re interested in talking with you. We have an immediate opening for transportation for our after school AND summer program Bus Driver with a valid CDL license. The successful candidate will have experience driving a bus as well as working with the children we serve. We are anxious to talk with anyone who has transported grade school-aged kids in the past as this is an essential part in our after school program and our summer program.


  • Transport youth/teens from Rogers Public Schools to the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County – Rogers Unit for our after school program.

  • Transport youth/teens 4-5 days a week to various field trips from all of our sites during our Summer program.

  • Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound bus at all times

  • Obey all traffic laws

  • Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route

  • Ensure safety of all of our youth and teens

  • Assist youth/teens when getting on and off the bus when required

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • CDL license required

  • At least 1 years’ experience driving a school bus

  • No at-fault traffic accidents in the last 5 years

  • Clean driving record

  • Must pass thorough background check

  • Ability to carry out assigned route on time

  • Excellent communication skills

  • At least 1 year working with youth/teens preferred

Required Hours:

After school program hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm to 4:30pm

Summer program hours: Monday-Friday, various hours during the operating hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm
