Unit Director (Bentonville; Full Time)
The Unit Director is responsible for the daily operations of the Bentonville Boys & Girls Club Site with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.
Youth Development Coordinator (Bentonville; Part-Time)
Supervises youth along with planning, implementing, and evaluating activities in program areas leading to the priority outcomes of Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles in a safe and positive environment.
Youth Development Coordinator - Front Desk (Bentonville; Part-Time)
Responsible for managing the front desk during after-school and summer operational hours.
Program Manager (Pea Ridge; Part-Time)
The Program Manager is responsible for planning and oversee the administration of club-wide targeted programs activities that support the Boys and Girls Club mission.
Teen Youth Development Coordinator (Rogers; Part-Time)
The Rogers Teen Center Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality, positive care for our Teens that are enrolled in our Teen Program. The Teen YDC will work with the Teen Director to create an inclusive, engaging environment for all Teen Club Members through activities, events, and day to day programs.
Athletics Assistant (Part-Time)
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations and Athletics, the Athletics Assistant is responsible for assisting with all facets of the athletics programs and activities.
21st Century Certified Teacher - Elementary/Middle School (Rogers; Part-Time)
The Teacher for the 21st Century Program will be responsible for applying a reading, math and science curriculum with children referred to the program at the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County-Roger’s Unit, near downtown Rogers. The Teacher is responsible for reporting daily data collection as outlined in the grant and directed by the Project Director. The Teacher may work with children in small group instruction in the Learning Center or by using an educational software program in the computer lab.
