Youth Development Coordinator (Bentonville, Rogers; Part-Time)

JOB SUMMARY: 

Supervises youth along with planning, implementing, and evaluating activities in program areas leading to the priority outcomes of Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles in a safe and positive environment.

Program Manager - Federal Grants (USDA)

JOB SUMMARY: 

Under limited supervision of the Director of Operations, the Federal Grants Program Manager – (USDA) is responsible for all aspects of the USDA feeding program for snack and meals at the Boys & Girls of Benton County (BGCBC), supervising support staff, and ensuring the coordination of all government required activities.

21st Century Programs manager (School Year only)

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a grant funded position. The Program Manager promotes and implements the delivery of exciting, engaging, and age‐appropriate programs within the priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship. Staff will incorporate youth development principles; provide guidance to club members; and manage behaviors resulting in a safe and positive environment for youth.

Kitchen Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision of the Director of Operations, the Kitchen Manager is responsible for all aspects of the USDA feeding program for snacks and meals at the Boys & Girls of Benton County (BGCBC), supervising support staff, scheduling, practices and procedures. The Candidate for this position is required to have experience ordering and maintaining food pars, and safe food storage practices. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for equipment procurement and routine maintenance of equipment.
